Every year, Fortune magazine ranks the 100 Best Companies to Work For. These rankings review a number of criteria: Job growth, pay, diversity, turnover, training, and so on. It’s interesting that these companies have produced returns that double the S&P 500 average for the past 10 years! Google was No. 1 for the second year in a row.
