As a welcomed addition to the TFW team in 2018, Norm’s professional expertise lies in partnering with business owners and operations team members to better understand the financial implications on their business, which enhances their grasp on knowing the potential risks and rewards of business decisions. He is proud to be part of such a respected organization that is an industry leader in central Ohio and is focused on identifying ways to help grow the agency by being true business partners with our clients as opposed to just selling them insurance products. Norm enjoys playing golf, dining at any one of the great local restaurants with his wife and friends and spending as much time as possible with his three children.
